Returns are quick and easy

Don't like what you ordered? Doesn't fit right? Don't worry, it happens. You can return it to us within 30 days of receipt and we'll refund your money. We don't do exchanges, only refunds. If you decide not to keep your order, you will find the return form inside the package. Returns are made via the Geniki Taxidromiki and the charge is yours. If you paid for your order by cash on delivery, write your IBAN on the return form and leave it inside the package you are returning.

Return Process

  1. Place the original invoice and the completed return form in the box along with the unworn items.
  2. Pack the shoebox inside a larger box or other protective packaging to prevent damage during transit. Please avoid taping the shoebox directly, as this could damage the product and reduce its value.
  3. Send the packaged products to the following address. Please note that this is an external warehouse and your return will be processed once it has been received at our central warehouse in Prague, Czech Republic. This usually takes around 14 days:

    Important notice
    • Please note: Our system displays US sizes, so the sizes shown on your order confirmation and invoice are in US sizing. Nike and Jordan Products: Due to Nike’s policy, we are unable to ship Nike and Jordan products outside the European Union, except for Switzerland and the United Kingdom. Customs and Import Duties: If your delivery country charges customs or import duties, you will be responsible for paying these fees. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot provide specific details. Customs policies vary by country, so we recommend contacting your local customs office for further information.
    • UK customers: A DHL return label is sent to you via email. In order to continue to provide high-quality and easy returns, and to partially cover the costs associated with returns, we will deduct a small fee of 2 GBP from the refund. Orders shipped with cash on delivery will not be accepted.
  4. Refunds for cash payments will be processed within 14 days. If you paid by card or PayPal, your refund will be issued on the same day your return is processed at our warehouse.

Terms of Return

  • The 30-day return period begins on the day you receive the goods. The goods should reach our warehouse during that time.
  • The goods must be unworn and in a condition suitable for resale.
  • Items must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging.
  • The goods must not be damaged or devalued in any way.
